Dan began his real estate career in 1987. He did award winning production from the beginning. He spent 17 years working with Coldwell Banker in several capacities. He worked as an office manager with Coldwell Banker Solano Pacific as well as the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage company. He also worked in the Coldwell Banker New Homes division for 4 years. In 2005 he opened is own brokerage and was in both real estate sales and property management.
After 32 years he decided to reduce his responsibilties and come back to selling homes which is what he most loves about the real estate business. He is excited about this change in venture...taking care of both buyers and sellers of their homes!
For Dan he cares not whether you are a first time buyer or seller or a veteran buyer or seller. Having taught elementary school for 15 years prior to real estate, he loves educating people about the changes in the market as well as how to prepare homes for sale. He studied under Barb Schwarz who really has taught agents the ins and outs of preparing homes to show their best features in the marketing process. It is important to know that the money spent to do preparation will be worth it when the process is complete!
Even after 32 years in this business, it is the people he most enjoys working with to help them realized their personal goals in home ownership.
