Donna Steppe

I hail from 5 generations of Bay Area residents. I was raised, schooled, worshiped and worked In San Francisco. I've lived in San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago, St. Louis, San Bruno, Oakland, and Berkeley . I've traveled extensively throughout the U.S., South America, Europe, Virgin Islands, Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago to name a few. I say all this to say "There's No Place Like Home". I truly love the Bay Area and I am blessed to have all of my immediate family alive and well in the Bay Area.

In 1990 I started my career with the City and County of San Francisco. In 2017, I retired as a Sheriff's Lieutenant. I flourished as a first responder and as a leader in the Department I ensured equal services and just treatment for all citizens and residents under my purview. Not turning a "Blind Eye" here, I am very proud of my uncompromising work ethics.

The Real Estate Industry has always fascinated me. Instead of being sedate at home, I decided to obtain a Real Estate License. I am passionate about interior decorating, home design, and the intricate details required to bring a home to market, make a sale or buy a home. Tim Hiemstra is the best broker I could have found. He took me in, provided training, and is always there for support.

In a screen-shot, I am a diligent and hard worker. I am professional and will always provide full disclosure. I respond promptly, if I don't know the answer, I will find it. My past and present careers are/were filled with people. Yes, the old cliché, I am a people person applies. My work ethic is uncompromising.
